To the south of Abergythy, beyond the
south reaches of Lake Reduin, lies a dense forest.
Seldom visited by the inhabitants of the area, this hard-
wood forest sees few humans from year to year -- except for
the vigilant border guards who rotate shifts in Land's End Tower.

Dwarfing even the largest oak, Land's End Tower was built in bygone days to guard the forest against intrusion by dark forces. So far, the watch has been successful. The forest remains safe to travel through, though few care to brave it very often.
